2nd Credit Transfer System Capacity-Building Workshop

English

SHARE would like to thank everyone who contributed to the highly successful second SHARE Credit Transfer System capacity-building workshop that was conducted on 26-27 January 2017.

The workshop was organised on behalf of ASEAN by SHARE and was hosted by the National University of Management in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was attended by the 4 Cambodian universities participating in SHARE (National University of Management, Phnom Peng International University, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and the University of Cambodia), as well as representatives from AUN-ACTS, SEAMEO-RIHED, and the Embassy of France in Cambodia.

The workshop aimed to strengthen and develop further the partner universities’ ability to design programmes and courses that are based upon learning outcomes, in order to facilitate credit transfers. Active participation from the audience also enabled our team to acquire a better understanding of the constraints and hurdles to student mobility and credit recognition in Cambodia, whilst discussing possible strategies to overcome such challenges.
