Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN region (SHARE) is an EU Grant funded project with an overarching objective to strengthen regional cooperation, enhance the quality, competitiveness and internationalisation of ASEAN higher education institutions (HEIs) and students, contributing to an ASEAN Community in 2015 and beyond. British Council as the organisation lead for EU SHARE programme implementation is responsible for the implementation of Policy Dialogues that started on 2015 and the selected consultant will need to collaborate not only with the British Council but also relevant stakeholders.
The British Council is seeking the services of design, planning, field research work and technical writing of the study on Enhancing Intra-ASEAN University Student Mobility, to provide the conceptual and technical skills to conduct assessment of intra-ASEAN university student mobility which includes the challenges and opportunities in fostering such mobility aiming at increasing the number of student mobility intra-ASEAN. This study consists of three sub-studies which contribute to the overall theme of enhancing Intra-ASEAN University Student Mobility.
This opportunity could have benefit for UK Institution to develop relationship and networking with regional organisation in higher education in ASEAN region and the fact that the result will create benefits for students and universities as well as provide further recommendations for policy makers in ASEAN.
